Stock Photo - A cachopo is a characteristic dish of the Gastronomy of Asturias (Spain). It consists of two large beef fillets and between them serrano ham and cheese. The whole is eaten fried and hot after being breaded in egg, flour and breadcrumbs and is usually served with a garnish of potatoes, peppers or mushrooms.
