The representatives of the 111 Nations member of the 'Red-Cross-League' met in Geneva to celebrate the 50 years of existence of the organization. Swiss Federal Counsellor Willy Spuhler expressed the greetings of the Swiss government and suggested the realization in Geneva of a 'Henry Dunant Institute', commemorating so the founder of the Red Cross idea.
