Stock Photo - Aug. 08, 1971 - U.S. Airmen demonstrate outside U.S. Embassy in London: This morning hundreds of American Airmen held a demonstration outside the American Embassy in Grosvenor Square to protest against military regulations which they claim restrict their freedom to demonstrate peaceably. The servicemen, are members of the GI movement known ad Peace - People Emerging Against Corrupt Establishments. After the demonstration they handed in a petition for the U.S. Ambassador, Mr. Walter Annenberg. Most of the men taking part wore dark glasses and hat wheel down over the faces to avoid identification.
