It is a temple for worshiping the heavenly Jade Emperor and the Chinese Buddhist Goddess of Mercy - Guanyin. The temple was built in 1998, with the three prominent statues of the Jade Emperor, Guanyin and Sakyamuni. Bao Lin Shan, also known as “Precious Forest Mountain” is one of the five great lands of Amitabha Buddha in the Pure Land of Buddhism. The central theme of the Buddhist shrine is that those who follow the path of the Dharma can dedicate the merits to their relatives and friends who have deceased.
