Stock Photo - Czech Foreign Minister Lubomir Zaoralek (right) today offered Lebanon, fighting Muslim militants from neighbouring Syria, aid in the form of the sale of military equipment and donation of redundant light arms. He said the Czech Republic also wants to cooperate with Lebanon in intelligence activities. Zaoralek said cooperation of the police bodies is also important. It should prevent Islamists from abroad to get to Syria where they join the Islamic State (IS) radical movement. After his talks with his counterpart Gibran Bassil (left), Zaoralek said Prague is ready to give to the Lebanese army some redundant military equipment which it also gave to Iraq and Iraqi Kurds before.
