Stock Photo - Dec. 12, 1958 - Thoroughbred Racehorse Takes A Ducking Accident While loading At London Docks: 'Atonement' a thoroughbred racehorse was bein growung abroad the cargo liner 'Surat' bound for Malaya today-when the cable snapped-and it plunged into the King George V Dock. Within a few minutes the two year old gelding was lifted out and apart from a few grazes appeared to be none the worse for its ducking. The gelding was owned and trained by Mr. Peter Thrale at Epsom.
