The mosaic presents an articulated geometric composition in which figurative elements and heads of Dionysiac characters are inserted within circular spaces frames by ribbons in a figure_eight pattern. The mosaic dates from the second half of the 2nd century. The mosaic is exhibited at the Museum of Palazzo Massimo alle Terme in Rome.
