Christa Grangel, secretary of the Committee for Parish Life of the Federation of Protestant Churches in East Germany who is here on a three-week visit, pictured yeasterday when preaching at the Church of the Ascension, Blackheath. Frau Grengel comes to England at a time when the issue of women priests is a very live one. She was ordained and became pastor of a church in Berlin and besides her parochial experience she has worked for the student's movement, and has represented then at World Student Christian Federation meetings.
