He is claiming damages from the newspaper and its editor Paul Foot, son of Britain's former United Nation's Ambassador, Lord Caradon and nephew of the Leader of the House of Commons Mr. Michael Foot, The defendants deny libel and say the article was fair comment and written without malice.
