The world's first Worm race was held at Brighton today, the entrance had to squirm along with a two - foot sheet of glass. The unofficial world record of 2 minutes 15 seconds is held by Willie, who was trained Christopher Hudson aged 15, of Furse Hill , Hove , But last week Willie was trod on by Christopher. So today there could be a new world record holder.
