Stock Photo - Jun. 19, 1974 - 16 Brewery Shire Horses Go on Parade: Sixteen of Young's brewery's Magnificent shire horses were on parade at the brewery in Wadsworth today, to give a live demonstration of the inscription on one of the brewery's bean engines reading: Ereated for 12 horses power May 1835 and altered to 16 horses power October 1863' The beam Engine, along with a newer model installed in 1867, is still at work at the brewery today giving power for milling and mashing.
