The company under a kind of canopy adorned with garlands and weapons, in the center a scaffold with the first stone, to the left of it the king signs an act that is placed in the first stone. Presentation of company under decorated arches, with a party stand. A row of round poles can be seen across the entire width, with garlands wrapped around it, and at a higher level with joists, also with garlands. Entirely above its semicircular posts. Together the poles form a kind of arch of honor, over which garlands are draped and to which weapons and banners are attached. Below is a large crowd of people, mostly gentlemen, partly in costume and several with decorations. Far right front group of hussars with musical instruments (at rest ..). At the center is a group of gentlemen, with in their midst men in uniform with stabs on and goose feather in right hand, left hand resting on three-legged music stand, on which roll of paper, largely hanging over the edge of music stand. Behind him are rowing men in uniform, ministers and other dignitaries (for names see legend). To the right of the lectern is a small platform of piled bricks. On flat form you can see (only partially) rectangular brick, standing diagonally / hanging from cables in hoist. This hoist consists of three masts with garlands, standing trestle against each other, with a pulley hanging at the top. To the right of the platform is a cast-iron tool with which the cables can be wound up and down (with cog wheels).
