Stock Photo - Malham Cove is a natural ice age limestone formation in the North Yorkshire dales. A huge,curved carboniferous limestone cliff towers over the head of a valley or dale,and is 80 metres high and 300 metres wide. It is a very popular landmark with walkers and climbers. There is a limestone pavement created by the action of weather and water over the centuries.
