The defendants, Ulrike Meinhof (journalist,400, Andreas Baader (31), Gudrun Ensslin (teacher, 31) and Jan-Carl Raspe (sociologist, 30) are accused of having hilled 4 persons and the attemped killing of 54 persins by several bomb attempts throughout West-Germany, several bank robberies and the formation of a criminal association.
