Stock Photo - Oct. 10, 1964 - Britt Eklund Robbed: Britt Eklund, Swedish-born wife of comedian Peter Sellers, was robbed of jewellery worth several thousands of pounds yesterday. Thieves ransacked her bedroom while she was downstairs with Sellers entertaining party guests. The raid was not discovered until the guests had gone. Then Britt, who is expecting her first baby in January, went upstairs and found her room in chaos. Police who searched the grounds of Sellers, rambling country house at Elstead, near Guildford, Surrey, founds two sets of men's footprints in the shrubbery.
