Stock Photo - Oct. 13, 1977 - Mystery Girl Henrietta Chapman Or Mariella Novotny? A Barrister alleged that the girl in the case of the peer's flat-22 year old Henrietta Chapman, is in fact 35, year-old 'one time queen of bizarre sexual parties' Mariella Novotny, who gave evidence in the Profumo inquiry in the 1960's. The claim was made in court by counsel for Old Etopian Lord Burghersh, who won a possession order against her for his flat in London. The identity riddle arose during the hearing when Henrietta was ordered to quit the flat she rented from Lord Burghersh, she denied a lawer's allegation that she had changed her name. But barrister Derek Wood for Lord Burghersh, claimed that the girl was really Mariella the wife of retired antique dealer Horace Chapman-Dibben aged 71, who in 1960 married teenage dancer Maris Capes, alias Mariella Novotny. But last night Mr Horace Chapma-Dibben insisted 'I've said it ance and 1011 say it again-Henrietta is my 22 year-old daughter, and not my wife Mariella' He said Henrietta was his daughter by a women now living in America. She has been given a month to quit the flat.
