The device - which is called by the creators of same 'Wocoder' pronounces clearly words which have not been recorded by human speech but have been produced by a 'speeking-machine' electronically. The aim for the finalization of this device - the 'Wocoder' - is, that this machine will translate the words of a speeker right away - and this loud and clear - into another language.
