Stock Photo - Oslo City Hall, or Oslo radhus, is home to the City Council and City administration. Designed by Arnstein Arneberg and Magnus Poulsson, it was inaugurated in 1950 although construction began in 1931 but was held up by the outbreak of the Second World War. It is situated by the harbour and is one of Oslo´s most famous buildings. The City Hall hosts the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony each year.
