No visitor coming from overseas by air can carry with her all the party clothes she will need on arrival in England. Still less can the average woman afford a new gown for a sudden occassion for which she finds herself uprepared. Moss Brothers, the London Hire firm have solved this problem with the opening of their women's hire department, which has been enlarged.
