The vote on item 105 was 9 in favour of recommending its inscription to 9 against (Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, Nigeria, People's Democratic Republic of Yemen, Peru, Sudan, USSR, Zambia), with 4 abstentions (Belgium, France, Sierra Leone, United Kingdom).
