Under each cartouche, four bellflower flowers hang between two large leaves, each of which is crowned by a rosette flower. The machine lawn is covered with ring-shaped pouches. The motifs are made in linen with openwork edges. The motifs are largely provided with contour threads and cloned relief contours have been applied in various places. Needle lace stitches are used in the largest flowers, whether or not applied to inserted pieces of finer tulle. The top of the strip is cut off and not finished. The scallop edge comes from the pattern with the u-shaped cartouches, where the bell flowers form the lobes on the scallops between the leaves.
