Five rows of synchronously flowing garlands fill the strip from the bottom to almost the middle line. Each pendulum is decorated with circles and dots and alternately with a sort of calyx flower crowned with dots. The motifs are provided with contour threads and are connected to each other by a fine tulip ground, which runs above the center line without motifs and is cut straight. Along the underside of the strip the lower pendulum provides a scallop edge, which is finished with picots.
