Måltidens Hus has always contained a combination of university and industry. Today, that combination consists of Örebro University, which runs basic education and research in the subject of meal knowledge and hospitality. What was previously run by Grythyttan Hospitality Group, has today been taken over by Spendrups in 2016, and includes lunch service in Kantin Hyttblecket, Måltidsbutiken, guided tours in the cookbook museum by Grythytte staff and also company activities.
