The 41-year-old trained shopfitter and drywall installer has discovered his passion for the East German Trabant, seen today as a cult car, and now owns around 100 of the two-stroke cars. He want to keep three quarters of these Trabants for his private collection. He will either sell the rest of the partly battered cars to other Trabant fans or repair them himself.
