Stock Photo - U.S. citizen Kevin Dahlgren, left, was given a life sentence, which he is to spend in a top-security prison, for four murders in Brno-Ivanovice in 2013, the Regional Court in Brno, Czech Republic ruled today, on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, and it also made a decision on security detention. Judge Michal Zamecnik said Dahlgren acted brutally and that it was a premediated murder. Dahlgren's defence lawyer Richard Spisek, right, appealed on the spot, which means that the life sentence verdict is not valid. The case will now be sent to the High Court in Olomouc, north Moravia.
