Stock Photo - Waltham Abbey was founded as a house of Augustinian Canons in 1177, though only part of the abbey church now survives. The reredos was made by Burges in 1876. It depicts the Annunciation, the birth of Jesus, the visit of the wise men, and the flight to Egypt.
