It is situated on the south side of Qixian Bridge in Kaohsiung\'s Love River in Taiwan. The whale is 7 storeys tall and is made of 15 tons of household plastic from Kaohsiung\'s recycled waste, and is designed to raise awareness of ocean conservation and the huge amount of plastic that pollutes the seas.
